Ready for New Achievements – Revolution Rental Invests in the K2 System from L-Acoustics

Revolution Rental GmbH, based in Salzburg, is one of Austria’s leading event technology companies, supporting clients from concept development through technical implementation to event management. Every year, the experienced team of over 20 employees executes more than 500 projects — ranging from open-air concerts, corporate events, trade fairs, industrial events, and more. To continuously meet the increasing demands, the team around managing directors Siegfried Zopf and Thomas Priewasser regularly invests in new equipment. One of their latest acquisitions is a full-fledged K2 system from L-Acoustics.

The “big guns” from the French manufacturer include 24 K2 systems, 30 KS28 subwoofers, 4 LA RAK II AVB racks with Milan-certified LA12X controller amplifiers, and 2 P1 AVB processors. Revolution Rental has been a loyal L-Acoustics user for many years — among others, the company’s rental inventory includes Kara and Kiva II systems, the A and X series, a Syva system, as well as various LA4X and LA12X controller amplifiers.

For this reason, Revolution Rental decided against a shootout with multiple competing solutions for their new investment — the advantages of the K2 speak for themselves: “The K2 is fully rider-compatible and meets even the expectations of our most demanding clients,” explains Siegfried Zopf. “We have always had great experiences with L-Acoustics and would choose them again in the future — not least to distinguish ourselves qualitatively from other rental companies.”

In the future, the K2 will be used by Revolution Rental in its traditional setting: large concerts and festivals.
